How I Work

Here's how home improvement usually goes: you call six guys, two call back, one actually shows up — and he brings a "crew" and a price that grew legs on the drive over. I'm the opposite of that. You call me, you get me, Bill, from the first quote to the last sweep of the broom.

We settle the scope and the price before I pick up a tool. No "oh, that's gonna be extra" halfway through.

Honest about money

I'm not the cheapest and I won't insult you by pretending to be. I'm the guy whose work you're not redoing in two years.

Low overhead, more value

No crew to feed, no showroom with a fish tank to pay for. Your money goes into your project, not my overhead.

Picky by nature

Big job or small, I build it like it's going in my own house. Mostly because I can't help myself.

The jobs too small for the big outfits to bother calling you back about. The door that won't latch, the drywall someone "fixed" with a poster, the shelf your spouse has been mentioning since March. Drywall, trim, doors, finish carpentry, fixtures — I actually show up for these.

Decks, Fences & Outdoor Structures

New decks, tired decks, fence installation and repair, gates, railings, and pergolas — anything that turns your backyard into somewhere you'd actually want to sit. Built to outlast the trend that talked you into it.

Landscaping & Hardscaping

Paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, grading and drainage, plantings, and seasonal yard cleanup. It's either a "fun weekend project" or it's a call to me. Be honest with yourself.

Exterior Repairs

Siding repair, gutter repair and cleaning, fascia, soffit, and trim — the unglamorous stuff that quietly keeps water out of your house and the five-digit repair bill out of your future.
